Scott Morrell has been instrumental in growing Morrell Builders for the past 25 years. As the company expanded from small residential projects to 300-unit communities, Scott has honed expertise in land acquisition, engineering, infrastructure development, sales, and project management.
Scott has served as President of the Rochester Building Association and has managed Morrell’s large commercial projects, which lease more than 400,000 square feet of flex space to 40 + tenants. Scott thrives on challenges and is currently building multi-family projects in the Rochester area.
Morrell Builders is committed to detail, ethics, and customer service, and has been recognized as a Builder of the Year. The company created the Inde Design Studio to streamline residential and commercial design, placing it among the Top 100 Rochester companies. Current projects include:
