Craig Morrell has been active in the real estate business for the past 30 years as a developer with Morrell Commercial Properties Group and as an active commercial real estate broker and principal of KLNB, LLC, a Baltimore based firm. Prior to the real estate industry, Craig was a commercial lending officer for Chemical Bank in New York.
Craig has been involved in every facet of commercial real estate from construction to the sale and lease of office, flex, industrial, multi-family, self-storage buildings and land. Craig has been very active in commercial development over his career having built, leased and financed five speculative office buildings totaling over 200,000 square feet and four multi-story climate controlled self-storage facilities totaling nearly 500,000 square feet. Craig has built commercial projects in Maryland, Virginia and Rochester, NY. In addition, Craig completed the construction and sale of Rivergate condominiums, a multi-family project in Annapolis, Maryland.
