Morrell Commercial Properties Group has been a successful developer of commercial projects for over fifty years. The company is a vertically integrated development organization that seeks out targeted market niche commercial real estate development opportunities. Once identified, our company acquires the raw land, develops and constructs the buildings, arranges for financing, markets and manages the completed project. All projects are speculatively built and held long term in our portfolio.
A family organization that spans three generations, the company has offices in Upstate New York and Maryland. Each office has a small nucleus of long-term employees well experienced in all phases of the development process.
Today, Morrell Commercial Properties Group is led by three brothers, Craig, Scott & Jeff Morrell. Craig resides in Maryland and leads our development projects in Maryland and Virginia. Scott & Jeff reside in Pittsford, NY and lead our development projects in Upstate, New York. The legacy of our firm began with Sam Morrell, a successful homebuilder and commercial developer who started Morrell Builders (our residential firm). Second generation led by Ken Morrell continued his vision of excellence. The Morrell family has built a culture of un-paralleled client tenant service and recognition of the importance of our role in our respective communities continues as our mission today.
